It is machine washable and dryer safe. THE TUNIC has same fabric lacing detail at the neck THE HAT has a yellow band that folds back like a cuff and a small piece of elastic at the nape of the neck for just a little stretch. I intentionally make it a little looser than your head measurement so that it maintains a proper look. The hat will stay nicely on your head without looking tight. THE WAIST BELT is made of Felt fabric and a real buckle in a gold color. The buckle is permanently attached but just for looks. The belt has velcro at each end to fasten so they are very adjustable to larger and smaller. You can upgrade this belt to vinyl (leatherlike) with the big gold buckle shown in the last picture for $10 Brown long Sleeve Shirt Content: 96% cotton 4% Lycra, stretchy and smooth jersey knit. Here's how to measure: measure from the tip top of your shoulder down the front of you (over chest and belly), to the place on your leg where you want your tunic to end. And then add a couple inches to cover any rise that will occur when you belt or if you want to blouse the fabric a little above the belt, etc. I will question it if it seems too short in reference to your height.
