Very attractive piece about 1 7/16 tall at the highest point and about 4 7/8" long. Main brass bowl section has a scalloped rim and two dragons in relief around the sides and a n imitation cloisonne decorated handle. Marked "Made In China"on the bottom. Very Good condition having been actually used so has light wear but no damage of note. The coloring on the handle's floral section is appealing to the eye but not precisely done, this was a nicely decorated everyday item, not a decorative item. A more resource efficient style of pre-electric iron albeit not going to save you any time. But made so you can not only warm the metal body but put a few coals in it to keep the heat up.
