This Authentic Antique Chinese Low Table is handcrafted in elegant Ming Style with traditional "Horse-Hoof" legs and straight lines. The table was originally made as a chess table or low study desk. Intricate carvings of traditional Chinese "scroll" design decorate three sides of the table (as shown in the photos). The four small drawers are beveled-carved in order to show the beautiful wood grain. The wood used for this table is core of precious Zelkova wood ---very heavy and dense with beautiful wood grain.
