Offered here is this Fabulous Antique Solid Wood Steamer Trunk with Built-in Wheels. It is in good condition, however, the paper covering is torn in many places. The trunk also has a lot of surface scratches and dings all over it. I am unsure of the exact age or origins of the trunk. It has metal fittings that are painted gold, and are most likely brass. It has a foe accent piece in the front that was painted where there should be a locking mechanism, however, this mechanism is now missing. The trunk is fitted with four wheels on the bottom. I do not know if they are original to the trunk, but they work well, making the trunk very easy to move. The trunk is 25" tall, 16" deep, about 36" long, and about 24" wide.
