DESCRIPTION: The shoe covers are made of felt fabric. The Color is called Taupe and it is a light Khaki color I use a greyish spraypaint to give them the dirty look. If you want them plain tell me with your measurements. There is black elastic at the bottom to hold them snugly on your shoe like a stirrup. There are 3 straps that go up the boot leg and wrap around and fasten with hook side velcro. Velcro is sewn onto the strap near the end where it is attached to the bootleg, so that the free end of the strap wraps around and adheres to the velcro. It is just a strip of the felt fabric for the aesthetic of the straps. The strip adheres to the hook side because the felt fabric itself is fuzzy to catch. So the felt will become fuzzy at this area, but is hidden on the underside so it will not look bad. If it gets out of control, you can trim fuzz off with scissors. Here's what I need to know to make your shoe covers: shoe size (must be no smaller than toddler 7, no larger than youth 3 measurement around the fattest part of calf (with pants on) how tall you want the boot leg, measure from the ground, up (with shoes on)
