A great deal of time is spent to make sure all items are properly packaged before I ship them using the United States Post Office. The post office has changed their policy for damage claims. The shop owner can no longer open a claim using just photos. If a piece is received damaged or broken it is a SHIPPING claim. It is the responsibility of the buyer to initiate a claim with USPS. I will do whatever I can to assist the buyer in starting a claim. I am not able to give refunds for broken items. Contact your local post office directly (they will probably ask you to bring the broken, damaged item along with the original packaging and packing materials to your nearest post office for confirmation on a claim). This will yield quicker results for you. Your tracking number is provided once a label is created and is visible online under your purchase information.
