This is an antique hardcover book, Davie and Elisabeth (full title is Davie and Elisabeth - Wonderful Adventures) by Muriel Campbell Dyar, dated 1908. It is a rather hard to find book, and I am pretty sure this is a first edition; it just says, "Copyright, 1908, by Harper Brothers. All rights reserved. Published, October, 1908." There is a little bit of wear to the cover, and also the cover is a teensy bit loose, but not bad. Inside the front cover an old price is scrawled in pencil. The very thin onion-skin type tissue paper that lays over the picture at the front of the book has been torn. Other than that, I don't see any problems; it is in good shape for the being over a hundred years old. Cover is dark green with a yellow illustration. Asking $14.00 obo.
