We do not have the time/resources to individually inspect each item. We typically mail items out within 3 business days of receiving payment for items, but cannot control the shipping process once it has been mailed/shipped. We are not responsible for lost/damaged items during the shipping process, so be sure to add insurance if you want to protect against damage/loss during shipping. We do not process insurance claims on our end—it is up to the buyer to do so. Smaller items may be shipped in a bubble mailer. Medium or lighter items may be sent in a thin box.
