It's a vintage S size, which means it's a regular Italian 42. Cardigan length from shoulder to hem cm 55: shoulder width cm 37. Sleeveless jumper length from shoulder to hem cm 52: shoulder width cm 37. One flaw: a loose thread, which is not visible on the outer side of the cardigan back, but only on its inner side (see image).
