The Vaquero is tight and a Pietta, 1858 New Model Army is shown for fit. It is not part of the sale. The holster was recently rescued from a box of holsters Uncle Waddy shelved years ago. Fortunately this is climate controlled storage and the holster is in As New Old Stock condition, with no signs of damage or repair. The holster is cut with an open toe to allow dirt and debris to fall through and longer barrels to fit. There is a seam welt at the trigger guard and the edges have been beveled and somewhat burnished, which is a nice handcrafted touch. Adjustable hammer thong for safety. The pouch itself measures approximately 11 1/2" in length x 2" width at the throat x 1 3/4" cylinder width.
