It was removed from a new, assembly line leftover console. (We have the complete consoles available in other listings, as well as wiring harnesses and other parts. Please email if you have questions.) It is in excellent condition. This is just the plug-in receptacle. It does not get you the ability to power a household item by itself. If you do not have this option now, you will need a harness and a power inverter. We cannot supply those items. This is the plug-in only. A power inverter buried in the vehicle is doing the power conversion. A 120v inverter does not magically become a 230v inverter simply because you change the receptacle on the end of the harness... Partial disassembly of your console may be required for installation. We do not have instructions. We are simply a parts retailer. Not an install or custom shop.
