Offered here is this Fabulous Ginsu 2000 Meat Carving Knife. It is in very good condition, and has a wonderful serrated edge and for fork tip. I am unsure of its exact age, but would guess that it was from 2000. It is 12.75" long, with the blade portion being 8" long and 1" wide. It seems to still be quite sharp and looks as though it was only very gently used. It is a nice Ginsu 2000 meat carving knife and would make a nice addition to any kitchen cutlery collection.
