Each sheet includes 63 Waterslide Harley Davidson Nail Decals. The background is transparent (these decals work best with a white or pale nail base). The size per sheet is 10x10cm (3.9"x3.9"). INSTRUCTIONS: Cut around your decal and soak it for about 30 seconds. Use a pair of tweezers to separate the decal from the white paper base and apply to your nail.
