The only tools needed are two wrenches to install the plate on the left rear or right rear of the vehicle below the turn signal using existing holes in the vehicle. For the purchase price, you receive what is in the second picture (minus the license plate) - you receive the mounting plate plus mounting bolts and 1 license plate light. There are holes provided for our small license plate light. You may use this with our 4-gang or 5-gang rocker switch panel (sold separately). Holes are also in place to accommodate our back up alarm.
