This reduces the pressure of outflow rather than stopping it, avoiding the need for an unloader valve. This design also allows the dump gun to be used on weep systems. The double barrel design allows for multiple configurations for output. One option is to install a large orifice fan nozzle in the dump barrel, which provides for high coverage, low-pressure rinsing.
