We inspected this clock thoroughly and find that 1, this clock has never been installed on the wall, not 1 scratch marks on the hanging post. 2, All of the parts was never installed either, if you look closely to the front picture right below the number 6 that?s where the Night Eye sensor is still covered. 3, not even batteries were installed, no scratches on the battery poles. Since this clock is still new on the original box we simply did not tested, no need for it. All the original instructions sheets are on the inside of the box.
