Jerusalem Artichoke Seed Tubers - Stampede. These are a form of perennial sunflower with tiny 2" flowers. These flowers rarely produce more than a few very small viable seeds. Pinching the flowers will encourage tuber Developement. However, allowing some seeds to develope will eventually produce more varieties of tuber. On offer are 3 oz of seed tubers of varying sizes. Even those under 1 cm can produce several lbs of tubers the 1st season when grown in loose, organically rich soil. I will lift the tubers the same day that they're shipped.
