This heavy glass bowl has a thick edge of iridescent ruby. Pattern is detailed with repeating six sided "thumb print" design, saw tooth rim and even glass design on base. Pattern can be felt on the outside while inside surface is smooth. Manufacturers include US Glass, Indiana Glass and Westmoreland Glass- all in the US heartland. Slight loss of ruby was common and is consistent with age and use. Measures 4" diam X 2" diam base X 1" deep. Recommend hand washing to preserve beauty.
