Not a cheap screen printed anything, this flag is made in the manner of high quality lasting flags by sewing together the white and orange fabric which is clearly artificial. I bought it at a show where it was being handled and there are a few small dirt spots on it, which at most probably you would have to wash it once to get off and if you intend to fly it outside there really is no reason to.
