there is no way to tell when it was made but it was not made in 1918. I think it is something some members would want. This is not something deleted from Gov't archives, it is a print of something in the archives such as would be requested by a scholar. Nice condition, just the start of several light creases, hard to say why. The image is 7 7/16" tall and a whopping 33" wide plus there is the border around. Photo is a bit sepia toned. You might be able to get one from the LOC today and then again you might not, and if they do they would probably charge a lot more for this, it is a photographic print.
