Own a snapshot of American heritage and relive the historic moment when the war ended in America with this authentic Los Angeles Examiner newspaper from August 15, 1945. This rare original newspaper features the end of World War II and the naming of Mac Arthur as the Japanese Boss. The paper is an authentic piece of history and features a gripping front-page news announcing the victory of WWII. The newspaper also includes various articles, prayers and even a map relating to the war. This newspaper appears to be complete, but I did not open it to verify. The paper has normal signs of wear and yellowing from age, but very little bending and edges are clean. There are a few small tears on the front near the fold.
