From a computer store that closed in the 2000's. The bags of ram, along with the sheet of notes, were put into a bag in 2002. I am saying there are "approximately" 70 pieces because it seems accurate, weight-wise (at almost 3 pounds), but I did not open all of the individual bags to count them all, so that count could be slightly off. I have been processing this store's inventory for years now, and can say with authority that they ran a tight ship and generally did not keep around things they had either not tested or were not actively selling on shelves. It has been a unique experience reviewing this inventory- like wading through a giant time capsule.
