The Magnum Media Sorbetometer is a well built 0.0-55.0% Brix Refractometer with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) used to maintain the perfect sugar levels in Sorbet. Determining the brix of a solution will help you determine if you will make a good sorbet. Too much sugar, and it will never freeze. Too little sugar, and it will freeze like a brick. This unit can be used for measuring the sugar levels of Sorbets, Smoothie Concentrates, Juice Concentrates, Soda Concentrates, BIG Beer Wort and Wine Grape Must. It can also be used for CNC coolant and Drawing and Stamping concentrations.
