You must remove your TWICE module and mail it to us for the repair service/key make to be completed. Handling Repair time: Once we recieve your unit the repairs are typically done within 24-72hrs and then returned. 's listed handling time is longer because we have to account for all our customers handling time to ship to us + repair return shipping. If you are sending your TWICE in because you have lost all your keys, -All keys lost replacement service includes programming 1 standard (non-remote) key to your twice. Cutting and keyless entry programming ARE NOT INCLUDED. However, usually I will provide the remote head key as a courtesy (even then though the keyless entry portion will NOT be programmed, this needs to be done on the car). Also, if you provide me a door or trunk lock, as a courtesy I will try and cut/ test the keys in the lock. If no lock is sent or I am unable to successfully decode the lock then the provided key will be sent uncut but programmed for the IMMOBILIZER. If you are sending your TWICE in because of water damage or total failure then I strongly advise you send your ECU with it. In some cases I may need to flash a replacement unit or repair firmware issue's on original. Failure to send the ecu in these cases may result in additional programming needed on your end. We can fix most any issue but the most common ones we fix on these are: Lost Keys or Immobilizer problems (we provide 1 new programmed key for all lost key mail-ins) Central locking problems Total failure of device/no communication Brake lighting power supply Parking light issue's Power seats/heating issue's How it works: You or your mechanic must remove your TWICE unit. (I can help with basic instructions if you need, just ask) Package your module up and include a note with your name, return address and symptoms inside. Purchase this listing. You will be sent the mailing address to send your module to. Once we receive your TWICE We will do some initial testing and then start repairs. Same/Next day. After repairs are made we do some final testing to confirm it?s good and then return it to you USPS priority 2-day (included free with purchase).
