This is a hardcover book, More Hougen Favorites by Richard T. Hougen (1971). It is the third cookbook by Mr. Hougen, who was the manager of the iconic Boone Tavern Hotel at Berea College, Kentucky from 1940-1976. Book is signed/autographed in the front by the author. There is no dust jacket. The book is in really nice condition, looks much better in person than it does in my photo (I'm really bad at photographing shiny things, and the gold lettering was a challenge for me); there are some dark smudges on the back as you can see, but I am almost certain they'd just clean off (I didn't try because I'm worse at that sort of thing than I am at photographing shiny stuff).
