The workmanship quality is not the greatest since you can see the stitching (3rd photo), but it's okay to wear one time on Halloween. The size chart is from the manufacturer. From my experience, costumes tend to run small and although the size chart says that size M is equivalent to size 8/10, I don't think that's accurate.
