Lot of 6 Vintage 1920s NYC Building Light Shade Sconce Topper Hurricane Lead Crystal Heavy Clear Candle Lamp These sconce covers came out of a New York City apartment that was renovated. They were original to the 1920s building. Each measures just over 6.5 inches tall. The base has a diameter of 3 inches. From the bottom base edge to the hole platform is 1 inch. The hole platform just above the base has a diameter of 1 inch with a .5 inch platform all the way around the hole. The top of the shade has a diameter of 3.5 inches, and is scalloped. Each sconce shade cover weighs 1 pound 12 ounces - they are HEAVY. There are no manufacturer markings that I can find. The inside is smooth, and the outside is textured with smooth-edged, polished cuts. Prism effect is present when hit with light. Design appears like a pineapple and fireworks motif.
