Directions To define and enhance the eyes, gently hold the eyelid taut to start. Using short, feathery strokes draw the eye pencil as close as possible to the lash line from the outer lashes, moving towards the nose. Sharpen with a Natio sharpener. When applying Eye Liner to both top and bottom eyelids, draw a slightly thicker line along the top lash line. This gives the illusion of larger, more open eyes. For a softer kohl look, blend the liner outwards with an eyeshadow brush.
