Easy Recipe : 1 pack of Maggi Fried Noodles Flavored Sambal Tumis Bilis 7 pieces of mustard leaves 1 egg 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped) A little cooking oil (for sauteing) 500 ml of water (for boiling) 1/4 lime seed (for squeezing on noodles) 1 rice chili seed (if you like spicy) Preparation - a) Heat water until boiling. b) Slice the mustard until cooked. c) Drain the mustard. d) Using the same boiling water, add the noodles. e) Leave until cooked. f) Drain the noodles g) Tips to prevent the noodles from sticking, wash the noodles with water. h) Heat the oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. i) Add the eggs and mix well until cooked. j) Add the sauteed anchovy sauce seasoning. k) Add the noodles and mix well. l) Ready to serve.
