The clip is in very good condition, with the only sign of wear being some light surface scratches. I am unsure of the age or origins of the clip, or of the actual gold content in it, if any. It is .75” long, .5” wide, and the little chain is about 1.5” long. This is a very nice little tie clip, and has a very elegant and sophisticated look.
