The item has a cork interior liner in the bottom of the base (see photos). The item is marked by the maker: NAPIER (see photos). The item is vintage from a fine estate liquidation. The item would fit a bottle with a base measuring about 3.5 inches in width or diameter at the base. The item measures about 2 inches high, and it is about 4.85 inches wide at the widest point, including the handle ring. The item has a classic pierced design (see photos and determine the maker, the age, and the origin). The item has some scuffs, and some signs of wear from use (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
