Promogran Prisma Dressing Promogran Prisma is made up of 44% oxidised regenerated cellulose, 55% collagen and 1% silver in a sterile, freeze dried composite. When in contact with exudate Promogran Prisma transforms into a soft, conformable gel. This conforms to the wound bed and helps maintain a moist wound environment. This type of environment helps granulation tissue formation, epithelisation and optimal wound healing. The dressing also contains ionically bound silver which provides and effective antimicrobial barrier. Indications: Diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, full and partial thickness wounds, donor sites and other bleeding surface wounds, abrasions, traumatic wounds and dehisced surgical wounds. .
