This listing is for a RCA VICTOR TV Advertisement Feather Vintage Ink Pen It is a pre owned estate find. From the side you can see the ink inside the pen however i am unable to get the end cap removed to test it to see if it still writes. on that side it looks like there is a piece of plastic missing going towards the feather part. and there are two small cracks in one side of the feather; all as shown in the photos.
