Descripción del Artículo
I grew this corn for the first time this year. It's a short corn with long cobs that appear to emerge almost at the base of the stalk. . The corn was traditionally grown in a small village near Tuba City, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation. It was dry-farmed, so the variety is very drought tolerant. The kernels are white and blue, speckled, and make a fine blue cornmeal. It is also very rare!
