Royal Vienna, in Austria originally manufactured this design but went out of business in 1864. They used the Beehive mark (actually the inverted Royal Vienna shield). Arnart, in Japan, re-registered the design in 1957. The design is referred to as "Fragonard" which actually refers to the original 'artist' of the design from the 1800's.
