This is the Digital Files version of Virtual Santa's Workshop and Elves Toy factory that we also sell as a DVD. The product comes in HD MPEG4 files, which are very modern video files. You MUST have the ability to playback Digital Files in one/more of several different ways: 1. on your computer, or 2. use a USB DIGITAL PLAYER, such as TEAM KINGSLEY MediaWiz/Sprite [which we also sell], or 3. A USB DRive Video Projector, such as the PROFX projector which we also sell. As we ARE NOT THE GEEK SQUAD or a computer resource center, we must leave it up to YOU the CUSTOMER to learn what software you need, if not already installed on your computer. But can certainly provide guidance. These files are the common files used in Digital Video Players, and Projectors that play back from an SD card or USB drive. NOTICE: HA HA HA the Etsy Joke is on me. Etsy provides for you to buy the digital files direct from here, except they don't provide large enough storage space. We are selling small-data-sized files, but since they are HD video files, they cannot be smaller than Etsy's MAX size of 20 megs, which is really tiny by today's standards. SO what that means is, when you purchase, you will get an image with my email address. You must send you name, receipt, and email address you wish to download the files to, AND THE NAME OF THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING, over to me. And then I can send you the links, but you must send them to jon.hyers@comcast.net. Not on easy, cause I cannot send them through Etsy obviously. Feel free to ask me any questions, I will not rip-you-off. I'll send the file links. In the meantime, if you would email ETSY and suggest the open up the files to at least 500 mb files, or 1 GIG, then they can do some serious business with files. Nobody with a MOVIE will be able to sell it this way. LASTLY: I DO NOT WORK EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR!!! I DO TAKE VACATIONS, AND SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY, SO IF YOU ORDER DO NOT EXPECT TO GET THE FILES IN 24 HOURS. IN THE SUMMERTIME, YOU MAY WAIT A WEEK. LIKE MANY PEOPLE, I DO TAKE A WEEK OFF, AND GIVE MYSELF A FULL 4-WEEKS OFF EACH YEAR. I WILL ATTEMPT TO EMAIL YOU IF ON VACATION, BUT CANNOT ACCESS EMAIL AT ALL TIMES.
