I took the lid off to get a look on the inside and the large flat belt had turned to tar. I cleaned it all off of the flywheel. The belt drive motor appears to work strong. I did not replace the belt and there may be other issues with the deck that I do not know about. It has some light scratches and marks as I try and show up close in the photos. Selling as is for parts not working. See pictures for more details.
