Excellent, tested 'how' to' self defense VHS tape. Gives numerous reactive options against personal attack. Video demonstrations are by 2 black belts who talk you thru the various live reactions. But the tape is intended for average mortals and not martial art practitioners. The basic approach is to rapidly free oneself and run. But, assuming, that you aren't able to free yourself, 'follow on' actions are demonstrated. These are consistent and easy to remember - stomp and elbow to the head. The same approach is used in all the examples so there is no need to memorize multiple reactions when , of course,there is no time to think thru what's next. Each position reaction is done with multiple camera views including topside and all are done in fast and slow motion so you can see precisely how it's don
