Open Box - Item manufacture packaging was damaged in our warehouse and will not be provided. Typically, open-box items are goods w/ retail packaging damaged in the warehouse. It has never been used (except during the testing phase). They are then inspected and tested before being returned back into inventory as "Open Box" Item. All standard accessories included. Items will be placed in non-retail packaging to better safeguard their condition. Manuals and other documentation can be found on the manufacturer?s support site. Will arrive in a Ziploc bag. Return Policy: Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee promises that our products have been tested and fully work. We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery. Items just need to be in their original condition and packaging as received. We will apply a 20% restocking fee for returns if there were no issues with the item or if you changed you mind or didn't like them.
