Remove all dirt, grease, fuel, debris or loose contaminants from area to be repaired. Use rough sandpaper (enclosed) to roughen surface. Open up smaller cracks by using a drill or screwdriver to create a 1/8" gap. MIX - Combine thoroughly, part A and part B epoxy for 30 seconds by squeezing one side of the pouch until it breaks the inner seam and blends with the other side. Knead the combined material quickly. APPLY - Cut the pouch and apply half the epoxy over the damaged area with the brush. Cut the fiberglass cloth and place over the first layer of epoxy. Use remaining epoxy to cover the cloth and feather edges as needed. DRY - Allow 20 to 30 minutes for epoxy to cure. Repair is cured when area is no longer tacky, 24 hours is recommended.
