This is a rare single-sided hologram advance (or "teaser") one-sheet poster that was issued for display in theaters before the film was released and it shows the date of 05.15 (May 15, 2003), the date of the film's nationwide US theatrical release. The design features streaming computer code in various shades of green with FREE YOUR MIND, the date, and WWW. THEMATRIX.COM in silver. Photographs of hologram posters are not able to convey the true sense of depth that this process creates, and this poster is really spectacular when seen in person (which is especially apparent when you look into the three sections in silver--very cool!). This particular example, which is rolled as originally issued, was never used. It is in very fine condition with a few small scattered creases from handling only.
