It has one chip on the back that I have shown in the photos. The ship is on the back at the edge of the plate and can be seen only from the back and slightly from the side, not from the front. Please examine the photos for exact description. It is used but I don't see any obvious utensil marks. It measures 9" across. This is a very colorful and beautiful abstract pattern ~ very fanciful. This sale includes a total of 1 bowl. I have 2 bowls listed in this pattern. I can combine shipping for items purchased at the same time. It is usuallly only $3 to $4 more per extra item purchased. I have taken some closeup photos so you can see the shading variations in the pattern that are not scrapes but rather differences from being hand painted.
