Joiners/Cabinet Maker Try square set. Rosewood and Brass – with decorative gouge in the handle. The handle is marked with Henry Disston Sons in a slight arc with Philadelphia USA in a straight line underneath. Below that is a larger lettered No 1 identifier . Consulting vintage tool catelogues for Disston this puts the manufacture date before 1927. The steel blade is 10 1/2 inches long and the wood “handle” is 5 5/8 inches long.
