Descripción del Artículo

The board is about 4 1/2" square. I think it is pretty cool. No date or manufacture information but typical of wartime economy, you don't even get real checkers just little pegs with the instructions at bottom of the container drawer to use different colors for kings. I expect some soldiers marked the pegs for use as chessmen as well. (not on this set, just speculating) Has a little sliding cardboard drawer that goes into the bottom of the board, then a cardboard cover folds over it and has a tuck-in tab. Very Good condition and still holding up at the weak spots. Name (Perdick) written on the underside.
