The reason the back looks that way in my estimation is that someone had it stuck up somewhere with double sticky sided foam tape and then took it down. In a basic wood frame with light wear, the photo itself is Very Good condition not yellowing or fading, a nice collector's item of historical note. Sorry I have no information on the personnel shown. USA only although exception considered. Can ship without the frame for no less purchase price but less shipping.
