Vintage, 1940's, Carved Celluloid Cinderella / Fairy Tale Scene Brooch. This beautiful early celluloid brooch has Cinderella and Prince Charming delicately cut out from one layer of celluloid and a second layer has a horse drawn carriage cut from it. The two layers are laid on top of one another to create a delicate scene. The romantic celluloid scene is set in a silver coloured mount. There is a safety chain and pin attached as well as the main brooch prong with hook closure. In very good condition but some discolouration to the metal. Dimensions approx 6 cm x 4.8 cm There may be light wear consistant with normal use as this is a vintage / pre-loved item. Colour may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting conditions.
