Descripción del Artículo
This vintage hand painted porcelain powder jar is signed and dated ?Atchison 1969? and features beautiful roses in peach and coral tones accented with green and lavender. The domed lid is topped with a gold finial, and the jar rests on three gold gilt feet. Measuring approximately 6.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall, it is a generously sized vanity piece that can be used as a powder box or trinket container.
Condition: This piece does show damage ? there is a visible crack with a small chip on the inside of the lid (see photos). The damage does not affect display when the lid is in place. Otherwise, the jar remains in good vintage condition with no major damage to the body, and the hand painted artwork is still vibrant. See pictures for condition to judge on your own.
This is a lovely signed mid-century decorator piece with vintage charm, perfect for collectors of hand painted porcelain and vanity items.
