This is a Kurt Adler hanging angel ornament by artist Louis Nicole designed from the Victorian era art craftmanship, made in Taiwan. It has a porcelain head and hands with forearms. It has wooden dowel for putting on the Christmas tree branches and also a cord loop to hang it. It measures approximately 11 1/2" tall and 5" wide. The lady had dozens of angels on shelves and walls. The lady I purchased everything from had lots of individual standalone pieces she purchased from antique stores, but she also had a home kiln that she made items with and then got together with friends and painted the pieces.
