This is a vintage Barney nightlight. Barney has some general wear, including paint wear to him. There are red marks to his arm, and black marks to his ?light?. These seem more from paint chipping/ wear. The light does work, but it is very dark if you look at the bulb like it is close to burning out. Please be aware light is near burnout.
