Laying flat skirt measures 32 inches long and the waist measures 16.5 inches straight across stretching to 20 inches without much resistance. Based on those measurements, I estimate this to be roughly a modern size large but the tag size is at 10.there?s still some stretch elastic so I don?t know if they used to be more spring to it? Usually vintage runs small but in this case I think it runs large. Pull on styling with belt loops.
